2025 LULAC Scholarship Fund
Our LULAC Council 5285 Scholarship Application will be open March 1st, 2025 to March 31st, 2025. Link below to apply and info on requirements to apply.
Additional LULAC Council 5285 requirements: Must reside within 50 mile radius of Moline, IL ; Must volunteer 3 hours of Community Service at our Annual LULAC Mexican Independence Day & Fiesta in Sept. 2025. If you are not able to volunteer due to school location, you may have someone from your family volunteer on your behalf.

OOur 16th Annual LULAC Council #5285 Mexican Independence Day Parade & Fiesta this year will be on Sunday, September 14th, 2025. Parade will start at 12pm followed by our Fiesta ending at 9pm. Location will NOT be on 15th Avenue between 7th & 8th Street (Main Street / Runner's Park), East Moline, IL due to construction and we will update the page once we have a set location. We are currently accepting sponsors only. We will start accepting vendor applications and have volunteer sign-ups available around June 1st, 2025.
